What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information:
The Application asks for your Google gamer id if you do one of the following actions within the game: (1) choose to save game state in on a server; (2) choose to access Google Play Leaderboards; (3) choose to access Google Play Achievements. In all of these cases, participation by the user is optional, and the information being requested is maintained and managed on Google servers that support Google Play Services and Google Play in-app billing. No information from the Application is collected and stored on Wglxy.com servers.
Automatically Collected Information:
Game play statistics are collected by Wglxy.com and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The only third party with access to information is Google. As discussed above, that information relates to Leaderboards and in-app purchases.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by going to the Settings screen and turning off access to Google Play Game Services. You may also use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
