This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Wing Leaderr" (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Wglxy.com. Wing Leader is a family-friendly racing game.

User Provided Information:

The Application asks for your Amazon user id if you do one of the following actions within the game: (1) choose to save game state in on a server; (2) choose to access Leaderboards; (3) choose to access Achievements. In all of these cases, participation by the user is optional, and the information being requested is maintained and managed on Amazon servers that support GameCircle. No information from the Application is collected and stored on Wglxy.com servers. 

Automatically Collected Information:

If you make use of the Leaderboards that are set up for the Application, information about your GameCircle circles is used to display leaderboards. Some of the leaderboards are restricted to people in your circles. This is handled by Amazon GameCircle. Wglxy.com servers do not save information about your Amazon identity and circles.

Game play statistics are collected by Wglxy.com and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.

The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device. 

The only third party with access to information is Amazon. As discussed above, that information relates to Leaderboards and Achievements.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by going to the Settings screen and turning off access to Amazon GameCircle. You may also use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 

Game play statistics are collected by Wglxy.com and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.

We do not use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
