Privacy Policy 

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Double Star II (LITE)" (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Wglxy.com. Double Star is a turn-based, single player, space war game. 

This document is for version 2 of Double Star. If you are using an earlier version of the Application, read the Version 1 Privacy Policy.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information:

No information from the Application is collected and stored on Wglxy.com servers.

Automatically Collected Information:

(1) Statistics about games you have played are collected and stored on your mobile device.

(2) Video ads provided byYodo1 MAS are displayed to you after completing missions in the game. To provide ads that are more likely to be relevant to you the the Ads server collects some information about your device, like IP address and device identifiers, and other data that allows the Ads server to predict what kinds of games you might find interesting.  Within the Application, game players have options to control what they see and to control whether information about them is collected. (See below for more this topic.)

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device. 

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No third parties have access to any Application statistics, game data, etc.

The MAS Ads server has access to some data about you, but you have ways to set your privacy preferences. That is discussed further in the next section.

What are my opt-out rights?

For ads, you may  opt-out the first time you use the Application. You are presented with a screen that allows you to opt out of personalized ads and to say that you do not wish your personal data to be used and sold. You may change those privacy settings at any time by going to the Application Settings screen and checking the box labeled "Reset Privacy Preferences".

With these settings, the Application meets the requirements for GDPR and CCPR compliance. As for COPPA compliance, the Application is not targeted at children under the age of 13. The content in the Application is suitable for all audiences. It is only the ads that might be inappropriate for young children.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Game play statistics are collected by Wglxy.com and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.

Children Using the Application

The Application is not targeted at children under the age of 13.  We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from any users, including children under the age of 13. 

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
