Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Hop Skip and Thump (LITE)" (“Application” or "Game") for mobile devices that was created by Wglxy.com. Hop is an app where you play a strategy game against an AI opponent.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information:

No information from the Application is collected and stored on Wglxy.com servers.

Automatically Collected Information:

(1) Statistics about games you have played are collected and stored on your mobile device.

(2) Video ads provided by UnityAds are displayed to you if you choose to watch a video in exchange for new lives or for game coins that may be used to improve your game options. To provide ads that are more likely to be relevant to you the the Ads server collects some information about your device, like IP address and device identifiers, and other data that allows the Ads server to predict what kinds of games you might find interesting.  With Unity Ads as the ads server, game players have options to control what they see and to control whether information about them is collected. (See below for more this topic.)

(3) The Application makes use of Fireworks Analytics from Google. Basic app-usage data is collected automatically each time you use the Application. All data are collected anonymously. Data includes your location (not precise) and how many times you have opened the Application. Wglxy.com makes use of these data to understand when the app is being used, what kinds of devices, and which locations.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect information about the precise location of your mobile device.  Only the coarse location is made available anonymously via Fireworks Analytics embedded in the Application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No third parties have access to any Application statistics, game data, etc.

What are my opt-out rights?

For data stored on your device, you may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 

As mentioned above, the Unity Ads server has access to some data about you. It makes use of that information so it may show you ads that are more likely to be of interest to you.  However, you do have ways to modify its behavior. Within ads from Unity Ads,  users are given the opportunity to opt in to targeted advertising. The first time a Unity ad appears in the Application, the user sees a banner with the option to opt in to behaviorally targeted advertising. Thereafter, the user can click an information button to manage their privacy choices. 

Additionally you may opt-out of all personalized advertising by enabling privacy features on your devices such as Opt Out of Ads Personalization (Android). See your device’s Help system for more information.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Game play statistics are collected by Wglxy.com and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.

Children Using the Application

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from any users, including children under the age of 13. All ads that are accessible within the Application are optional. Users are never forced to watch any ads. If a user chooses to view an ad, it will be an suitable for audiences, age 13 and under.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
