This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Hop Skip and Thump" (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Wglxy.com. This privacy policy is for the Premium version (paid) of the game and the Demo version (free).  

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information:
No information from the Application is collected and stored on Wglxy.com servers. 

Automatically Collected Information:
Statistics about games you have played are collected and stored on your mobile device.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device. 

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No third parties have access to any Application statistics, game data, etc.

What are my opt-out rights?

To remove Application data from your device, you may use the standard uninstall processes for your device.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Game play statistics are collected in the app and stored on your device. Those data are retained until you remove the Application. Those data are not stored on any server.

Children Using the Application

We do not use the Application to solicit data from any users, including children under the age of 13. 

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Recent changes to this policy are listed below:
(1) The initial version of the Premium version collected analytics data using Firebase Analytics. That is no longer being done in either the Demo version or the Premium version.
(2) The now discontinued Lite version of the game did collect data. The Lite version had ads and its own privacy policy.
